Stronger you, stronger game
It’s all connected

There’s a lot going on during a golf swing. Your body’s network ofmuscles, ligaments and tendons need to work together. With the right conditioning, we can ensure that they do.

Stabilizing muscles enable the co-ordination of this movement. The stronger they are, the easier it is for your moving muscles to contract and generate power. A side lunge is a great exercise to strengthen your stabilizers. To increase the challenge, add a resistance band.

Strengthen and protect

With the right strength and conditioning plan, you can really go thedistance. Control your shots, reduce injury and enjoy your game. A real no-brainer.

If you engage in these exercises, you agree that you do so at your own risk and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
