There’s a lot going on during a golf swing. Beneath all the swing mechanics are rotation, compression, and shearing forces. How well you move depends on how your body handles these forces.

If your body doesn’t handle these forces well, then it’s not communicating well. That can cause muscle compensations and chronic pain.

Good hip and torso rotation requires mobility and stability to be executed well. And because the swing is a repetitive movement, improvements are going to help prevent injury, too.
